Hi Just recently somebody sent me several large files as attachments, the total size was 50 megs, as you could imagine, I found it very difficult to download these files only being on a dial up connection. I use outlook 2003 and if for any reason outlook couldn't download the files or aol disconnected from the net it meant having to restart the downloads again. Is there anyway to limit the size of attachments or stop outlook from downloading these large files but carry on with the rest of the mail, there may be 50 messages but until the large files are downloaded nothing else can be imported. I hope to get broadband in the near future but until then I have to cope with a dial up connection. Also, is there a way to tell outlook not to redownload messages it has already downloaded, hence duplicating messages already in your inbox?
