Hi Catherine Yes that's what I had to do in the end, firstly I forwarded the messages to a friend with broadband to see if he could download them for me and then I deleted them from the inbox completely. But are you able to log in and view your e-mail via a website? If so you could log in and delete the problematic e-mail, and then log out and go back to Outlook to download.
