I know the first part of your 3rd point, is indeed correct. One has to order via the PC in the case of accessability. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Griffiths, Steve" <Steve.Griffiths@xxxxxxxxxxx>

I was talking to a Kindle Keyboard speech user today, who said she's had three problems with her device. I haven't come across any of these before, and wondered if anyone else has? 1. Some books give a long number intermittently, something about "9 million hours left", then continue reading. These aren't Audible books, they're textbooks. This doesn't prevent her from reading, but it is disruptive. 2. For the last 3 weeks or so, samples don't read although if you then buy the book, it does. This obviously means the whole purpose of samples is lost. 3. She can order samples and buy books on her PC, and they get delivered to her Kindle. She can't buy a book direct from her Kindle Keyboard because speech doesn't work in the Kindle Store on the device. She also says if she has a sample on the Kindle, she can't buy it. I'm sure I've done that on my Kindle Keyboard using the speech, and wondered if there may be something getting in the way. My understanding is if you buy your Kindle from Amazon it comes registered to your Amazon account, and that means you shouldn't have to re-enter your credit card details on the Kindle.
