[access-uk] Kindle books

Hi all
Now that there are so many books for the Kindle, does anyone know if these
files can be converted. I notice that you can use Kindle books on IPads,
IPods and IPhones, and there is also a program called Kindle for pc. I
wonder if this could be used to read books using a screen reader or
converting with sound taxi.
