Hi Peter,
You first need to get the dialogue box into a virtual window. To do this,
press Alt+Jaws Key+W.
Having done that, Control A, then Control C, in the normal way. Or use your
shifted arrows, if you only want to select part of it. Escape to close the
virtual window.
