Make sure the screen is maximised with alt and space then hit x. Alt insert
w will virtualise the window in a printed state as it were, so jaws can read
the text, you can then copy the text from there with ctrl and a then control
and c. Alt and print screen key will also grab it as a graphic, though make
sure it is maximised for this. Note, jaws won't say anything but alt and
print screen, but you can then paste the image to a file for sending to
others.
