Hi again Marie. Another, and possibly better solution is to create a rule to have each of your Group's messages to be delivered into its own folder. Then, you could simply keep the message in that folder for future reference, or perhaps create a sub-folder called "Saved Items" to speed up checking your mail. HTH. I used to create folders in my inbox in Outlook Express where I moved the messages I wanted to keep for future reference. That worked very well for me until Christmas eve when I discovered that while compacting, O.E had moved my reference folders to a different place where they can be viewed but, as far as I know, can't be read. What method do you folks use to save messages you want to keep as reference? Do you edit them and convert them in Word documents?
