Hi Marie,
Others will no doubt suggest different ways of approaching this, but my
personal preference is to have a folder called "Saved Items" as part of my
main E-mail folder Structure. HTH.

Cheers,

Mark

Subject: [access-uk] Keeping messages from lists fo reference r

Hi all,
I learn a lot from this and other lists I belong to. I used to create
folders in my inbox in Outlook Express where I moved the messages I wanted
to keep for future reference.
That worked very well for me until Christmas eve when I discovered that
while compacting, O.E had moved my reference folders to a different place
where they can be viewed but, as far as I know, can't be read. What method
do you folks use to save messages you want to keep as reference?
Do you edit them and convert them in Word documents? Any ideas, tips and
tricks welcomed, and I shall save these messages for reference in future
somehow!...
[smile].

Cheers now,

Marie
