KNFB is very simple to use with big easy to find buttons on the touch screen.
There is also a good tutorial that comes with it. Speaking as someone who
thought the original phone based app stank, I’m a complete convert now.

Thanks Barrie. Having heard the news item on News Beat where someone ended up
with a bill of thousands of pounds for downloading Game of Thrones whilst on
holiday, I didn’t want to download it until I was sure.
How simple is KNFB to use? I tried something called, I think, Prismo, and
couldn’t get on with it at all.

You should be fine with wifi. Wifi doesn’t use your dataplan.

I may have asked this before, if so, apologies.
Until 2nd September I have used up my data download allowance with EE. If I
have a WIFI connection, however, does this still apply or should I wait until
2ndSeptember when my data download allowance is refreshed?

Hi all

The excellent KNFBReader iOS App for turning printed text into speech is due
for an update sometime this week, perhaps as early as today, and one new
feature will be a try-before-you-buy option.

Cheers
