If the button doesn't appear in the elements list as a button, it might be
an image that the web developers have turned into a button.  For a sighted
mouse user, 

It would look and act like a button, but it won't work with the keyboard.
You might be able to activate it with the Jaws cursor though.

Today I was trying to book a holiday online, not easy at the best of times.
But what made the process even ore difficult was that when I pressed certain
OK buttons, nothing happened.

Is there anything I can do when this happens?
