Hi Alison,

Yes, the command to read status line in JAWS is Insert+Numpad-3.  So hold
down the insert key and press 3 on the number pad, which is also page down.

All the best

Steve

In window-eyes, when in ms word, insert control s would provide info like
how many words in the document. Does jaws have the same facility?

Hi All.

I used to know how to do this but have forgotten a lot of what I onfce
knew due to using my iPhone a lot.

How do I change \jJAWS so that when \i type \i just have word echo?

Mandy.
