Terry, your a star that did the trick. Just a quick question you might be able
to help me with, What do the two buttons, one above the other, on the same
side do.
Thanks

Jim wonder if you have pressed the “silent” button on the side of the phone
which would have exactly this effect.

Try pressing it upwards and hopefully all the sounds will come back to life.

Cheers and hope this works for you.

Hi,

The alerts on my voice over program on my Iphone are not working, for example
when you come to the end of the page it makes a noise to let you know you are
at the end of the line' or page. or when you go into a app you get a jingle to
let you know you have entered it. These alerts have stopped working although
the voice is still talking, as anyone else had this problem and if so did you
manage to fix it, if you have, please let me know how. If anyone else can
advise me on this problem it would be appreciated.

Jim
