You get a licence agreement to accept, so you haven't got it yet mate. I just left it until the System Tray showed it ready to install, then went for it. After it had done so, I went to Windows Update and made sure it was showing no further updates to install. I haven't seen the SP1 for Vista come up yet in this way, so am waiting until it does. I too have my updates set to automatically come up and install, but the SP ones are definitely bigger and want the licence acceptance.
