Hi Barry,

You can choose NVDA key modifiers by going into NVDA menu>Preferences>Settings>then down arrow to Keyboard and it’s all in there.

Re Jaws, the answer is yes. I personally always use laptop keyboard layout even on a desktop; I find it more flexible without losing any of the desktop keyboard layout functionality.

Hi all

As you might know, there is no Insert key on the Microsoft Surface Pro.  Using NVDA, I believe that we just need to select the Capslock as the NVDA key at during the installation of NVDA.  Is there any way of changing it once NVDA has been installed without selecting the Capslock key?

Also, apparently, to get the Capslock key to work as the Insert key for Jaws, we just need to select Laptop style rather than desktop.  Is that right?

Thanks in anticipation.

Cheers

Barry
