[access-uk] Incremental Backup

Hi, Listers!
I'm running Windows Pro XP with Window-Eyes 4.5.
Is there a way of doing incremental backups. For example, I have a folder
called RNIB and want to transfer only the files which have changed. I used
to be able to do this with DOS in Windows 98 but can't find a way in
Windows XP.
Anybody got any ideas or a small program to do the job?
