Hi Joan I am flummoxed:  neither of us were able to set up our accounts.
Ryan was also using Jaws 8.  Brian is resorting to contacting them by
phone tomorrow.

Thanks for replying anyway just makes me feel like a failure.

I managed to buy an ink cartridge from day2day a fortnight ago. The
trouble 
I had was in finding the right cartridge but, having found it, I managed
ok. 
Using Jaws 8.
