  Hi Jeff.

In order to listen to talking books on an IPod, you’d need a daisy player. A
couple of them exist on the app store, I personally use InDaisy, a product made
by Levelware. You’d need to zip up the contents of the talking book CD, that
can be done in Windows without any additional software, then transfer it using
ITunes to your IPod via the upload file to application functions or using
InDaisy’s built in file transfer server. All quite a lot of effort for the end
result, just one of the reasons I use Audible for my book listening needs on my
IPhone.

  All the best, Ibrahim.
