Hi David,

What version of JFW are you running? We could trya tandum session if your
version of JAWS is v12. That way I could remote into your machine and see
exactly what is blocking IE from playing media and downloading.

I'm in the house all day tomorrow, so if you want to give it a go give mea the
time and I'll happily phone you and get the tandum session set up.

Regards,
Barry.

Barry,

I took your advice regarding my download problems. I tried entering ALT N but
nothing happened. I tried ALT S and this gave me a short menu but I do not
know what option to take in this menu. I tried to listen to something on BBC
Iplayer but was told I needed Flash player 10 or later. I have been trying all
day to download the flash player but all I get this that annoying noise which
tells me it won't let me download something. I wonder if you have any more
advice.
