Hi Derek

I've been doing a spot of digging around for you. You can call 4444 if you
are on top-up, but this of course would be no good to you as a deaf person
because it then directs you to a menu system from which you need to choose
further options. But when I tried one that was relevant to what you are
looking for, it gave me a similar message to the one you have received, but
it did tell me to text my o2 to 2020 where you would be texted a link. Now
if this works, you might be able to get your balance via the Internet, I'm
not sure.

If I find out a more direct and easier way for you to get your balance by
text at any time, I will let you know. I haven't forgotten.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns
