I failed to work out the reason that Select Columns is disabled. So, does
anyone know how to reset the viewing options? I couldn't even find options and
I have looked everywhere! Thanks.

Yes, select colomns should be what you should click on, not sure why it’s
disabled. I might have to come back to that one if I think of something, but
off the top of my head I can’t figure out why that would be the case...

Hi Vanja and all,

I go to menu bar>view tab>views submenu>view button dropdown and hit enter.
What I get then is only two options, customise view and select columns. But,
and it's a pretty big one, the latter option is disabled. I guess the option I
need is select columns? Am I on the right track? But why is it enactive?

Hello,

When within the list of messages, press alt + v. You should be in the view part
of the menu, go down till you hear “view button”. Press enter on that. There
you should have several checkboxes. One of them should be “from”, so make sure
that it is checked. If it is already checked, then there may be some other
issue here, but hopefully this will give you a starting point. If this is not
the issue, write a back and we will see what we can do. Obviously other people
might come up with some other issue that could be causing this, or of course
even better, a solution.

Hello everyone,

Windows 7 64bit, WLM and Jaws 13.

Jaws is not reading the from field when scrolling down the list of messages in
any of the WLM folders. It looks that the from field got somehow hidden. So
could someone tell me how to show the from field again please? With many thanks.
