[access-uk] Help required with Windows Live Mail

Hi List.
I hope someone can help with a problem that’s just arisen. For some unknown
reason WLM has stopped reading messages in threads. I went into the
arrangement submenu and got the message “conversation dropdown unavailable”.
Any suggestions as to how I can put this right would be appreciated.
