Did you do any other research into the problem, other than asking a list for help? Just because a mailing list doesn't know the answers, doesn't mean the answers don't exist. Did you explore the screen with the JAWS cursor? Restore your system to an earlier date and/or time? Anything other than asking a mailing list what was going on?
