Hi, yes, we had been discussing Natwest. That is an interesting thing to know about HSBC as these things are a pain to use. Is their site accessible in general?

Just to be more clear here.
It  does  depend on which bank one is customer of.
For example  HSBC don'tfeel a need for the new set-up  simply because
unlike  some banks,  HSBC  feels their security is already  high enough.
