Hi all: I agree with Wendy. The only odd thing is that the link to log on is labelled: Images/nav_logon So with JAWS bringing up a list of links and pressing 'I' three times takes you to that link. The number then has to be entered into an edit box, continue button pressed, then another screen for your DOB and PIN. The co-op bank, however, has a 'proceed' button, where you enter a given name and password which takes you straight into the main screen. It has lots of links at the top of the page, but pressing H for heading takes you straight to the content of the page, for example, my accounts. That gives you all your current balances, and if you press enter on the link to any of your accounts you get your transactions over the past month. You can then change the dates to view transactions in other periods. You need an internet banking number, which you get by phoning Customer Services and they send you it in your preferred format. They do statements and all correspondence in braille, and even sent me my PIN number in braille when I got their credit card. I expect they do other formats, but haven't investigated that. I like them a lot, and before I ever went online I used their automated phone service to check my balances, latest transactions, etc. Wendy -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Dave Taylor Sent: 05 August 2008 17:55 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] HSBC was Re: Re: Electronic machine from the bank Hi, yes, we had been discussing Natwest. That is an interesting thing to know about HSBC as these things are a pain to use. Is their site accessible in general?
