Hi Ali,
Yes, certainly you can create a separate inbox for Gmail. You might have to
call it, say, Gmailbox. Then you will have to go through the message rules
wizard to deposit all your Gmail items into your Gmailbox
Its just creating a folder and message rules, nothing complicated.

When you have your email all written to go, hit Alt plus the letter N. You
will pulll down a menu list of accounts on your system. Just arrow down and
select the one of your choice.

Hi,
I have managed to configure gmail to use on outlook 2003. It works fine.
But, can anyone tell me how (if I can), I can choose which email address I
want to send an email. At present, I have this email address and gmail.
When I create a new email, it does not give me option to choose the address.
It also delivers all emails into the same inbox.
