The RNIB Navigator will, but the disadvantage is that it does get very
hungry for battery food! (smile.) It also carries a subscription, but
it does provide good feedback.

I am after a GPS app which will do what my Trekker Breeze currently
does for me, which is to speak where I am as I am taking a bus
journey, so ensuring I get off at the right place.
Does anyone know of an iPhone GPS app which does the same? I am
assuming the GPS receiver in the iPhone is more sensitive than my
older Breeze.
