I'm forwarding this from the TAFN list.  This dictionary only 
appears to be 'free' as far as I can see.  On clicking on the 
button to download it you are taken to the checkout where you are 
invited to pay around five quid - a good price - but not 'free'.

Not sure what's going on exactly, but I guess it amounts to, 'if 
you give a tenner to my favourite charity I'll bung in the 
dictionary for 'free'.

Anyway, if you are interested, see how you get on.
