[access-uk] Re: Files may have disappeared from In-box so where are they, and can I get them back?

Hi all,
I have looked on my ISP's webmail and I do not have any messages there that
should have been in inbox, so either I downloaded messages into the inbox
before going on the wb=ebmail and they have vanished, or there were never
any there at all,
How can I clarify this please. BTW, my ISP is Supanet.
