Hi.

Press applications key when focused on the cell.
Arrow up to Format Cells and press enter.
Use control tab to go to the Alignment tab.
Tab to the Shrink to Fit check box and press spacebar to check it.
Tab to OK and use spacebar to make the change.

I think the above is what you probably need.
