I wonder if anyone can help- a friend of mine who is a JAWS user asked me about
some issues I wasn't able to help with. He belongs to several newsgroups but
not this one at present. I'd be really grateful if you could read through what
he wrote to me and let me know if you can advice,

Cheers in advance and sorry if a bit long,
  Angela

MS Excel questions if somebody can please help,

Using Window XP Pro, Jaws 6 plus MS EXCEL 2003 ?

The type of worksheet I?m working with has five columns with title heading in
each and seven hundred rows ? basically records of clients all jumbled up all
over the spreadsheet,

I would like to re-arrange and move the records that may have a specific
word in one column together at the top of the worksheet without having to put
them in alphabetical order,

The headings of each column are :-

           Works Order Ref
    Ethnicity
    Correspondence Name
    Full Address
    Phone Number
    Description

In the Ethnicity column, some clients have the word ?record? in it and these
are the records or rows I need to move to the top of the worksheet. I need to
move records down the work sheet at the top to make space for the specific
records I like to extract and move to the top. Those rows of data extracted
leave blank rows scattered all over the spreadsheet, so the data must be moved
up from below to take their place leaving no blank lines.

  Next question

How can I open up and write text emails in MS Excel without the spreadsheet
being attached, being able to bring up a email template with the addressee?s
address?

Can anyone provide me with any info on tutorials for MS Excel Intermediate
and Advanced for JAWS or for non-mouse users?

I?m sorry if I have asked a rather long and specific question, but I would
really appreciate a full and detailed answer if possible, as it would really
help me in my work (and non-work stuff too).
