There appear to be lots of French suppliers.
I presume you speak French. Go to http://www.google.fr. In the search box, type
Dymo Labelwriter
Click on the "Pages francophones" radio button. (Pages from France) Then click the "Rechercher" button.
One I came up with shows the "Dymo Labelwriter 330 Turbo" at:- http://www.ldlc.fr/fiche/PB00019604.html
Another shows the 320 at:- http://www.ciao.fr/Dymo_LabelWriter_320__308324
Note they are both French web sites, and there are lots more besides.
