Thanks to everyone who is helping me with this.
It does look like I have deleted a file which the others now won't be able
to access, but hopefully they will forgive my ignorance!

Don't forget when files are deleted, they remain accessible via the Dropbox
site, they can be recovered for, I believe, thirty days after initial
deletion.

If I have this wrong, please come back and correct but certainly I've
recovered files in the past from deletion two weeks before.
