Hi Barry, If you have Sound Forge, you could convert the MP2 files to MP3. I have not seen anything yet to convert MPG files to MP3 for TV though. Having said all that, you will lose any audio description if you convert the files. I got myself a DigiTV unit just before Christmas and think it's excellent. I wonder if anyone using this has found a portable device on which to play the recordings, or has found a way of converting the files to a format that can be played on a portable device? I have a Nokia N95, a Trekker/Maestro and a Book Courier. All the best, Barry G
