Hi Carol The only way to do it would be to play the file through the nebula software in real time then record it with something like total recorder. I see that there is an option to save TV programmes as mp2, do you know if that records the audio description as well? Many thanks for your help, and all the best, Barry G ----- Original Message ----- From: Steve Nutt To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, January 16, 2008 3:21 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: DigiTV files on portable devices Hi Barry, If you have Sound Forge, you could convert the MP2 files to MP3. I have not seen anything yet to convert MPG files to MP3 for TV though. Having said all that, you will lose any audio description if you convert the files. I got myself a DigiTV unit just before Christmas and think it's excellent. I wonder if anyone using this has found a portable device on which to play the recordings, or has found a way of converting the files to a format that can be played on a portable device? I have a Nokia N95, a Trekker/Maestro and a Book Courier.
