So you are doing it partly manually! With outlook 2000 if you did Control+r to reply to, The email address you are emailing to, would have automatically got added to the Address book. Gosh even better, if you had done a control+shift++r All email addresses on the cc line, as well as the to line, Would have automatically be added to address book. This is not now possible with outlook 2003 ? What if there were 4 or 5 or more email addresses on the cc line, And you wanted them all in address book! Far much quicker and easier to do the control+shit+r To get them all in one go. I right click on the "From" and one of the options then is to add a person's address. -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx On Twitter: http://twitter.com/songbird49a ---- Original Message ---- From: "Derek Hornby" <derek.hornby_uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, July 26, 2009 12:14 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Difference between outlook 2003 and 2007 >I don't know about out look 2007 > But I wish outlook 2003 had not taken a step back in > wrong Direction. > > With outlook 2000 it was possible to Automatically add > Email addresses to address book, of those one replies to. > > Now with outlook 2003 this cannot be done, one has to > Manually add the email addresses. > > Regards, Derek > > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following > link:- > ** > [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] > ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > ** and in the Subject line type > ** unsubscribe > ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click > on the > ** immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] > ** or send a message, to > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq Internal Virus Database is out of date.
