Yes I do.  Google desktop is better, faster and easier than the Windows
search, plus it can be used to retrieve deleted files.  The interface is
similar to the on-line Google search and it's very accessible.  I'd
definitely recommend it.
 
Sorry, Eleanor - This is no use for your current situation, but you might
consider it for the future.  For now, you might do a search on line for a
file recovery tool.  There are lots out there, some free and some to buy,
but I haven't used one so I can't recommend any.
