Hi
So basically what you’re after is a pocket sized digital radio right? If so,
have a look at the Goodmans pocket radio, also Argos have a range of pocket
radios made by Bushwhich are basic yet for the most part usable. look for
things like tactile batons not touch controls, and try and avoid Joystick style
channel selectors because it’s more difficult to determine how many channels
you are scrawling through. There was a Goodmans radio discussed on here quite
some time ago but I don’t think it’s available anymore probably they have
replaced it with something as good so take a look. happy hunting.

Hi all,
Thanks for your input. I'm aware of internet radio, and have an Amazon Echo.
I want something portable; I don't want to be using internet radio when I'm
not on Wifi.

Hi,
Like Jackie said, the Roberts DAB radio is probably your best hoice, if it's
portability your looking for.
However, if it's just for the home, your probably better off with an Amazon
Echo or a Google Play. Can't beat them!
I just love my Alexa!
I've even told her so, but she's not interested.

After years of loyal service, my digital radio had finally died after
falling on to the kitchen floor. Although he used to reside in the
bathroom, he was my kit of choice for listening to TMS. I'm looking
for a replacement. I'm after something not small, but not
big.Something I can hear over the sound of the shower, and something
relatively accessible. My last radio took 4 AA battereies, so that
might give you an idea of its size and power. If anybody can suggest
anything, I would be very grateful.
Cheers,
BJ
