I just sent you the pdf file. Unfortunately, I do not have Arabic speech
symph as such, I am using couple of Arabic voices from Nuance with
TextAloud to read Arabic text.

Hi Ali,
Well you do have to tweak a few settings (mainly the layout) select your
languages then it should do it fairly accurately. I recently ran a
non-Unicode Greek PDF document through it, and I'd say it was 99.9 %
accurate. If you like send me the document and I'll play around with it.
Incidentally, what do people use in the way of Arabic Synthesizers? I've yet
to find one!

I use ABBYY PDF Converter. You can download a free trial, or alternatively
contact me off-list and I'll do it for you.
I'd actually be quite interested to see how it would work out, since Arabic
isn't a language I've worked with thus far, but possibly will in the future!
