Hello all.
First of all, thanks for helping me with a possible problem with the DVD drive. The latest update is that Hannah's laptop has been investigated. It turned out the program our friend Gary Price was using has not only deleted all the partitions, which is what he wanted; it also disabled the DVD drive, and thus cannot be seen by the bios unless a DVD driver is installed. How can this make sense though, as surely the same problem would happen if Hannah was to have her hard drive replaced.
Please help!
Thank you very much. It will be greatly appreciated.
Chat soon.
From a confused Chris.
