[access-uk] Classic Start Menu and Outlook express in windows7 Instructions

Hi All.
Many thanks to all who replied expressing an interest. For those that
don't have the money or the contacts to obtain microsoft outlook, the
following should be very useful. Personally i prefer it over outlook
unless you're working in an enterprise environment as its more light
weight.
Download and unzip the following file, the instructions should be fine
with most screen access software, tested with jaws and NVDA. After
unzipping, please read through the instructions file to have an idea
of the steps involved.

Also, for those wishing to have the classic start menu back and
classic look to my computer, download and run the following file. If
the source forge page does not open your download dialogue, click on
the direct link on the page to start your download. When installing,
leave all boxes ticked by default. After installation, your start menu
should be back to the classic menu stile.
