Hi,
I have just tried to instal the above program onto a new machine. Firstly,
the downloadable installer on the website would seem not to be for the
latest version because the first thing that happened when I tried to run the
program following installation was that I was asked whether I wanted to
update to the latest version. I have no idea whether the update process
worked or not as I have now been asked whether I want to activate the
program. The problem I now have is the activation process won't work.
Despite entering my email address and user key, I just end up in a loop.
The activation box reappears. If I close that dialogue it closes the
program and if I select don't activate now I am advised the trial period has
expired. Does anyone have any ideas please?
