Hi Andy, you have to delete the old account and then create it again using IMAP. Most of the time you can’t just change the email account type unfortunately. However, When I look at the current mail account, on the servers page, it doesn't allow me to change the pop3 to imap. What I mean by that is that I can change the server mane to imap.plus.net, but in the server type box, pop3 is showing, and it says it is a read only box, even though JAWS says "read only edit." So, now when I try to receive mail, I get an error, because the default server is showing as pop3 but the actual server address is imap. How can I make that read only box available for editing, so I can change it to read imap? I've changed the incoming port, so that should be ok. Needless to say, sending mail still works ok - Andy
