I was able to reply to texts and have a conversation with myself via text
too, using siri. This is a defenate fault. Maybe restore the phone, after
backup of data of course.

Hi Martin
I have no problem sending texts nor in replying to emails. It's just
replying to texts that Siri struggles. Incidentally, I'm running a 5S.
Cheers

Hi all
Since upgrading to IOS9.3.1, I have been unable to reply to a text
message using Siri. She just says, "O-oh. There seems to be a
problem Please try again." I've no problem creating and sending a new
message to the people I have been trying to reply to using Siri.
Anyone getting the same or know of a fix?
Cheers
Barry
