Hi Carol,
I use a Panasonic CDX500E cordless phone. It's got menus and such so had
to be set up with a pair of eyes, but once it's done, it's done and the
buttons are quite large and easily navigated. If you want an answering
machine with full voice prompts so that setting up is totally independent,
try the BT Response 75. It has 30 minutes recording time and everything
speaks so you don't need any help with this at all and the quality of
playback isn't bad at all.
