It is a registry cleaner, but does a lot more besides. It's also free.

Add remove is sufficient for me, how ever, if you want to go to a
higher level, why not check out unclean 2.0
Not sure of the actual link, but it's on

I think I also  heard of a program called add remove pro, but you'll
have to do some googling for that.
