I would like to use this programme to convert my CD music to MP3 files. All seemed to be going well last night and I converted about 12 CDs. Now I cannot understand what has gone wrong as the programme is suddenly not finding the remote access and names of the tracks, all I am getting is Track 1 Audio. I was given advice to go to settings and to Remote Access and to put in my e-mail address, that is there now.

Can someone please tell me all the settings I need to make this work and what might have gone wrong that it suddenly stopped. I presume it to be a free programme, maybe I have run out of trial version. I am happy to have instructions off list so as not to clutter the list.
