[access-uk] C5 talks and keylock

Sorry all about this.
Loving C5 and talks and slowly learning.
I have two questions:
1.
I can now thanks to you lot unlock the keypad.
but why does it keep locking?
Is there a setting I can alter, and how do I get there?
2.
Also am I being heavy handed or something? when ever I hit the top left key it
takes me into the texting options, and I get lost there.
