Yes. Anything that you receive through Email or stream is classed as
downloading, and will be clocked up to the limit specified in your package.

If a ISP such as BT, has limit on data downloads, Does this include
emails?
For example, If one was receiving long email attachments like Talking news
papers, would this count for the download limits.
