If it aint broke don't fix it. We've been with Sky since July 23 last year with little to no problems.

We are considering moving from Sky to it, but am a bit worried about reliability. I never have a problem with my BT Broadband since I dumped their free hub on the skip and purchased a Netgear one. However, they say with BT Vision you must use the hub they send you and the last time I tried one I had dropped connections all over the place. I visited someone who has BT Broadband recently with their new apparently upgraded hub and they too kept getting dropped connections. So needless to say I am wary of signing up to something which might save me a few quid a month but which has an unreliable service.
