Hi Andrew

It was a while ago that I did this, so I can't quite remember the sequence.
I know you need to have a BT ID in order to log into the app, and it must be
the account holder's details that go in.

Kind regards,

Jackie Brown

Subject: [access-uk] BT Sport

Hi,

I have recently registered for BT Sport on the Sky Digital platform which
also gives me the ability to stream the channels via their app and online
player.

Whilst my Sky viewing card has already been activated, I am not able to get
the app or online player to stream. Has anyone else done this and if so do
you know whether there is anything else I need to do or whether, for some
reason, it takes longer than the online player to be activated than it does
the Sky viewing card?

Thanks,

Andrew
