Hi Andrew It was a while ago that I did this, so I can't quite remember the sequence. I know you need to have a BT ID in order to log into the app, and it must be the account holder's details that go in. Whilst my Sky viewing card has already been activated, I am not able to get the app or online player to stream. Has anyone else done this and if so do you know whether there is anything else I need to do or whether, for some reason, it takes longer than the online player to be activated than it does the Sky viewing card? Thanks, Andrew
